COVID-19 Letter to Australian Clients 20/03/20
Dear Valued Client,
As a result of the necessary measures implemented by the Australian Federal and State Governments to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Australia, a large number of our clients are dealing with ‘resource shortages’ that are likely to continue for up to 6 months.
This is either through;
- restrictions for internationally based OEM support resources to enter the country;
- self-isolation period for staff returning from overseas travel;
- staff who have tested positive or been exposed to COVID-19 and are required to self-isolate etc.
Where this directly effects greenfield/brownfield project completion dates and/or asset and plant critical works, the impact can be significant to business continuity and sustainability.
It is important that all businesses pull together and support each other during this unprecedented global event to minimise the financial impacts to our businesses and the greater economy.
Present Group have implemented both mandated and additional measures to protect our combined workforces from exposure to COVID-19 and to ensure we are available as required to support your needs.
